My direct client, a Global Media Company has an immediate need for a Campaign Manager (Junior- Mid level)
Duration: Permanent Placement
Location: NYC

Seeking a detail oriented, energetic and bright individual to serve as Ad Operations, Campaign Manager within the Ad Operations group to support our online ad sales team. The primary function of this role will be to process and execute post-sale digital/mobile advertising campaigns as well as the progressive solutions we are innovating!

What we are doing and you will be doing...
Responsible for digital/mobile campaign management from close of sale through execution of contracted elements.
Provide top-notch customer service to both our internal Sales teams and external clients.
Proactively investigate issues (delivery discrepancies, technical issues, etc.) with clients, agencies, third-party platforms, and/or internal parties and provide resolutions to these issues.
Generate and provide reporting such as inventory management, over/under delivery reporting, analytics and other reporting needs.
Work closely with Director, Ad Ops to proactively flag issues/challenges related to campaign management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
1-2+ years of campaign management experience
A solid understanding of online advertising and marketing
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Strong communication skills and customer service skills
Strong organizational and analytic skills
Proficiency with basic office applications such as Word and Excel (including pivot tables)
Experience using one or more Internet ad serving systems a plus (i.e. OAS, DFP, etc.)
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media a plus
